Las Vegas, NV
November 4-7, 2021

ASPL invites individuals with an interest in pharmacy law to submit a proposal for presentation at the 2021 Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar XXXII to be held at the JW Marriott, November 4-7, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV.

The conference draws attendees from pharmacy companies, wholesalers, PBMs, manufacturers, law firms, consulting firms, government, boards of pharmacy and academia. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2021 Seminar may be held in a hybrid (limited in-person & virtual) or all-virtual format.

Authors are encouraged to submit proposals for current topics of interest for pharmacists, lawyers, and business and compliance representatives.  We provide some suggested topics below, but proposals on other current, relevant topics are encouraged. We also ask that you consider proposing session formats other than lecture/panel.  ASPL requests that no more than two individuals present per session.  Those wanting more presenters must provide justification for the need of additional speakers. If held in a hybrid format, session rooms will be set in classroom style with a podium and two chairs/table.   Suggested topics:
