Expertise: I have experience working as an expert witness since 2008 in over 40 cases serving both defendants and plaintiffs, as well as serving as an expert witness for a Board of Pharmacy and providing independent pharmacologic evaluations for cases in the insurance industry. Expert witness and litigation support covers a broad array of experiences including, professional malpractice, insurance reviews, and pharmacologic assessments of medication use. I do not advertise my services, I work on about 2-4 cases a year, have provided testimony in six depositions and no testimony at trial, and my pharmacologic expert witness services constitute less than 10% of my total yearly income.
Area of Practice: Professional malpractice, insurance reviews, and pharmacologic assessments of medication use.
