Expertise: I am an expert in the pharmacy benefits area and have been an expert witness in over 30 cases involving ERISA and PBM operations, finance and plan jurisdiction. I have developed a deep understanding of Usual and Customary issues, ERISA fiduciary responsibilities and fraud, waste and abuse cases. I am Director of the Health Informatics master's degree program at Roosevelt University and teach several courses in the program including the final capstone project/internship.
