Expertise: Pharmacy, Pharmacy Compliance, Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs Dr. Greene is President of ARX Consulting, and most recently served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and a clinical pharmacist at Tabula Rasa HealthCare (CareKinesis). Previously, he served as Vice President of Government Affairs and Pharmacy Relations for excelleRx, most commonly known as Hospice Pharmacia, and MedRxperts. He is a Certified Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist (PRS) and maintains a Fellowship of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (FASCP). Dr. Greene has owned and operated several community pharmacies, as well as a medical supply and sports medicine supply business, and a long-term-care consulting practice. His professional focus is on regulatory affairs, ethics, pharmacy management, long-term care services, and community pharmacy affairs. He provides Expert Witness services, a facilitator/moderator for focus groups and a contributor to continuing education programs for health care professionals across the nation. Dr. Greene received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, currently known as the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USciences), his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Florida, and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
