Fraud Waste and Abuse I have been teaching Pharmacy Law to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Students and Nurse Practitioners since Jan 1996. My two main courses PHM 530 Pharmacy Law and PHM 730 Pharmacy Law II cover all the basics and changes that occur at the Federal and NYS Levels.. I have given 100's of CE lectures in Law, Medication Errors, Fraud Waste and Abuse, Counterfeit Medications . I have served as an expert witness on many pharmacy malpractice cases. I published a Pharmacy Law Newsletter for 10 years until our grant funding ceased, it is now a website. I am considered a pharmacy law expert in NYS. i just retired July 1, 2023 but still am a consultant.
