Selina's practice primarily involves guiding retail pharmacies in high-stakes litigation and disputes (Fals Claims Act matters, putative class actions, and arbitrations), and mitigating fraud-and-abuse risks in implementing business solutions. In over a dozen lawsuits, Selina has represented national retail pharmacy chains in defending against usual and customary (U&C) claims, including in the context of False Claims Act cases, national putative class actions, and payer disputes, and secured a major win for pharmacies through successfully challenging a U&C rule in Texas on behalf of NACDS.
