Expert Witness Service

The Expert Witness Listing consists of Members of the American Society for Pharmacy Law (pharmacist or pharmacist/attorneys) who are interested in providing their services of expert testimony and/or consulting services pertaining to pharmacy professional liability claims or other pharmacy law matters.

If you are in need of an "Expert Witness" you may review the Expert Witness Listing to see what extertise is available. If you find someone who fits your qualifications you may proceed to contact the person directly.

Expert Witness Listing - Instructions

You must be a member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law to be included on the Expert Witness Listing as an Expert Witness. If you are currently not a member you will find instructions here for both the on-line and the downloadable membership application.

There is no fee to be included on the Expert Witness Listing. You may submit your information on-line using the Expert Witness Submission Form.  Your information will be reviewed by our administrative staff and will be added to the Expert Witness listing within one week and upon receipt of your Membership Dues (if applicable).
